 Dr. Bishop named "Young Optometrist of the Year" for Maryland!Dr. Alan Bishop of Easton Eye Care & Optical was recognized as the Maryland Optometric Association's (MOA) Young Optometrist of the Year during the association's annual awards luncheon held on December 2. Bishop has been actively involved with the MOA in advancing eye care in Maryland throughout his career; he currently serves as the Eastern Shore Optometric Society President. He receives this honor in recognition of his demonstrated leadership as a past member of the MOA Board of Directors and for his participation in re-establishing the Eastern Shore Optometric Society.
